General Conditions
Article #1 - stay time : At the end of the stay, the tenant is not allowed to stay longer in the chalet whatever the reason.
Article #2 - contract's conclusion : Reservation became real when the tenant have sent to the owner the deposit of 25% of the rental and a copy of the signed contract before the date written on it. Another copy is conserved by the tenant.
The renting conclued between owner and tenant could not be used by another person, but writting agreement from the owner.
Every offence at this sentence could stop the reservation and the amount of the renting is definitely keept by the owner.
Article #3 - cancellation by the tenant : Every cancellation have to be notify by certified delivery item to the owner.
a) cancellation before arrival :
The owner keeps the deposit. He may ask the balance of the renting's amount if the cancellation is told less than 30 days before planed date.
If the tenant doesn't come forward 24 hours after the arrival's planed date, the renting's contract doesn't exist anymore and the owner can use his chalet. He keeps the deposit and may ask the balance of the renting's amount.
b) if the stay is shorter than planed, the owner keep totaly the renting price without any refund.
Article #4 - cancellation by the owner : The owner pour again to the tenant every sums that have been paid.
Article #5 - arrival : The tenant have to be there at the date planed. If he may arrived later, the tenant have to inform the owner.
Article #6 - leaving inventory : an inventory is made in common and signed by the tenant and the owner or his representative at the arrival and at the leaving of the chalet. This inventory is the only reference if there is any problem about the leaving inventory.
The chalet's cleanliness at the tenant's arrival have to be observed in the inventory. The cleaning of the chalet have to be made by the tenant during his stay and before his leaving. The amount of house-works' costs are detailed on the descriptive index.
Article #7 - guarantee : It have to be paid before the arrival of the tenant. Its amount is written on the contract. After any clashing leaving inventory, this guarantee is given back after deducting of renovate's coste if defacements are observed. (materials defacements = price of replacement, place's defacements = works value, house works not done = package : 150 € + 15 € per hour x time spending). The balance is given back by the owner if few days (no more than one week).
Article #8 - place's using : The tenant have to use correctly the place and keep it as quiet as it is.
Article #9 - capacity : The contract is established for a maximum capacity of 8 persons. If there are more tenants than capacity, the owner can refuse persons extra. Every modification or breach of the contract will be considered on the tenant's initiative.
Article #10 - animals : Animals are not admited in the chalet. If this article is not respected by the tenant, the owner can refuse the stay. In this case, no refund is made.
Article #11 - insurance : The tenant is responsible of every damage he made. He have to be insured by an insurance contract type vacationfor these different risks.
